Linamar Structures Group exists to take mass out of vehicles without taking out safety. Every program we run starts from the same question: how much weight can be removed from a load path while still meeting global crash, stiffness and durability requirements? The answer usually combines material substitution, part consolidation and manufacturing processes that only a vertically integrated supplier can hold together under one roof.

That vertical integration is the difference. Casting, forging, forming, precision machining, joining and full assembly all sit inside the group, backed by Linamar Corporation’s network of more than 75 manufacturing plants and multiple research and development centres. Programs move from engineering and prototype through tooling and measurement and into volume production without changing suppliers.

The group serves both traditional combustion architectures and heavily electrified platforms.
