Simulation-driven design and rapid prototyping — from CAD to first physical part in weeks, not months.
Program launches live or die on the first physical prototype. Our engineering and prototype teams compress that cycle by combining CAE, CAM, additive manufacturing, soft tooling and dedicated prototype machining and assembly cells.
For structural castings, we can produce sand-cast or additively-manufactured prototype parts in a fraction of the time it takes to build production HPDC tooling — letting the customer validate fit, function and crash performance before committing to hard tools.
For stamped and formed parts, soft prototype tooling and modular fixtures let us iterate on joint design, weld sequence and adhesive layout before locking down the production line.
Dedicated program-launch engineers stay with a program from award through Job 1, then hand off to plant operations — so program knowledge doesn't get lost at the launch cliff.
