Multi-axis CNC precision machining and automated assembly cells deliver ship-ready structural sub-systems.
Machining is where structural castings and forgings become precision parts. Our multi-axis CNC cells hold micron-level tolerances on sealing faces, bolt patterns, bearing bores and datum surfaces — the features that make a cast enclosure actually seal against water or a forged knuckle actually fit into a suspension.
Machining is fully integrated with the upstream casting or forging process. We share datums, gauge strategy and CMM programs across process steps, so a part machined at one plant assembles cleanly with a part machined at another.
Automated assembly cells combine robotic material handling, adhesive dispensing, self-piercing rivet setters, flow-drill screw drivers, weld cells and in-line vision inspection to produce complete ship-ready structural sub-assemblies — battery enclosures, front-end modules, subframes — validated and traceable at the part level.
Every station reports to our manufacturing execution system, so any downstream field issue can be traced back to a specific tool, torque profile, adhesive lot or inspection result on the exact part in question.
