Linamar Corporation is led by Executive Chair & CEO Linda Hasenfratz, who took the helm from founder Frank Hasenfratz and has driven the company's global expansion and shift into electrified mobility. The Mobility segment — which houses the Structures Group — is led by senior operators with deep experience in powertrain, driveline and body-structure programs across North America, Europe and Asia. Our leadership philosophy is operator-led: plant managers, program managers and engineering leads are given real authority and are accountable for results.

Structures Group program leadership blends automotive body-in-white expertise with battery-enclosure and EV-platform experience — the exact combination customers need for the current generation of skateboard EV architectures and multi-material lightweight vehicles.

We invest heavily in the next generation of operators through internal development programs, engineering rotations and partnerships with Canadian and international universities. Continuity of leadership is one of Linamar's competitive advantages.
