Tooling is the physical embodiment of the process. Owning tool design and build in-house means we can move fast when design changes come late, and we protect our customers from third-party toolmaker delays that historically wreck launch schedules.
Our tool rooms design and build HPDC dies, forging dies, stamping dies, hydroforming tools, trim tools and assembly fixtures. Tool life is engineered from day one — from base material selection and surface treatment to conformal cooling and instrumented sensors.
Measurement is treated as a full engineering discipline, not a checkpoint. In-house CMMs, structured-light scanners, laser trackers and in-line vision systems produce a continuous dimensional record. GD&T strategy is defined upstream by the same engineers who own the tool.
The result is faster launches, tighter part-to-part variation and the ability to diagnose and correct dimensional drift long before it reaches the customer's assembly line.
