Custom robotic cells, vision-guided assembly and process controls — deployed in our own plants and delivered to customers.
Automation is a core competency, not an outsourced function. Our automation group designs and builds turnkey robotic cells, vision-guided assembly stations, end-of-arm tooling and process-control systems.
In-house automation gives us two advantages. First, our own plants run cells purpose-built for the products they make — not off-the-shelf compromises. Second, we can deliver custom automation to external customers as its own business line, applying manufacturing know-how earned on our own floor.
Applications range from robotic tending of forging presses and machining centres, to vision-guided pick-and-place of stamped panels, to fully automated battery-enclosure assembly cells with integrated leak test and traceability.
Every cell is designed with data in mind — cycle time, quality, tool wear and OEE stream back into our MES for continuous improvement.
