Linamar's access equipment heritage — through Skyjack — gives the Structures Group deep experience in aerial work platform (AWP) design and manufacture. That expertise transfers directly into structural components for scissor lifts, boom lifts, telehandlers and material-handling equipment.

Access equipment structures face very different load cases than automotive: high point loads, wind loading at height, stability requirements and long service lives across harsh operating environments. Our engineering approach — high-integrity casting, robust weldments and precision machining — is a natural fit.

We supply structural chassis, boom sections, turntables, axle housings and platform components to the world's leading access equipment OEMs, including internally to Skyjack.
